Technical Superintendent - Yachts (South of France)

The Client…
Our client, a leading Yacht Manager based in Antibes, in the South of France are seeking a new team member. The organisation is very well respected in the yachting field and have offices all around the world.

The Role…
Our client needs a Technical Superintendent with knowledge of either the UK Cruise or UK Ferry market or the international Yacht market to manage the technical safety of up to 4 luxury private yachts. Monitoring of on-board safety systems, working with the yachts Chief engineers and reporting to the global Tech director will be the main functions of this role.

The Person…
The successful candidate will be an individual with knowledge of either the UK Ferry, UK Cruise or Yachting industry and will already have some shore side experience. Ideally the person will have or will have once held a UK MCA Third Engineer or above and have worked on either Cruise ships, Ferries or large yachts. They may consider a deck officer too. Passenger vessel experience is essential. The successful person will be diverse and flexible and speak fluent English.

The Reward…
In return the successful person will receive a salary of over €50 up to an estimated 75k depending on skills. An excellent bonus and very comprehensive benefits package will also be offered.
