The reward for the Tug Master/Tug Captain/Towboat Captain:

• $50,000-$70,000pa +0-10% discretionary annual performance related bonus.

The job responsibilities for the Tug Master/Tug Captain/Towboat Captain:

• Vessel management of Tugs - Locations available throughout the USA.
• Significant responsibility reporting directly to the Marine Superintendents.

The client seeking a Tug Master/Tug Captain/Towboat Captain:

• Operate a fleet of Tugs.
• Is a major Ship Owner/Ship Manager.
• Is expanding and need additional Tug professionals.
• Is a well-established, prestigious and reputable ship management organization.

The person requirements for the Tug Master/Tug Captain/Towboat Captain:

• Must have the immediate legal right to work shore-side in this country (not a temporary seafarer's visa).
• Must have sailed to the rank of Master Mariner / Captain on Tug vessels.
• Must have recently sailed as a Class 1 Master Mariner Unlimited or similar Tug Licence..
• Must have excellent communication skills, be a good team player and have the ability to build relationships.
