Claims Leader (P&I) – Permanent – London – £90,000 – £120,000

We have an excellent new career opportunity with a leading P&I club in London for a Claims Leader to join their London Claims team. This role offers an opportunity for an experienced P&I claims manager to take the next step in their career with the club.

Responsibilities

You will take the lead on managing high value P&I claims, delivering efficient outcomes in line with policies, and providing expert support to the club’s Members on evolving geopolitical and industry issues. The role involves building strong relationships with Members, brokers, and third-party service providers, collaborating closely with other claims teams, Underwriting, and Loss Prevention, and contributing to business development and continuous improvement of claims processes.

The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of P&I claims, rules, and industry practices, along with proven people-management and mentoring experience. They will play a key role in developing a high-performing, inclusive team, supporting colleague wellbeing, and maintaining high professional standards.
