Bazaar Character Position- Cruise Ship

We are seeking Bazaar Characters for a cruise company – dynamic, outgoing individuals who bring culture to life through storytelling, interaction, and performance.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and share cultural traditions authentically and enthusiastically
• Engage guests through stories, customs, and regional knowledge
• Showcase cultures from European and Mediterranean regions, including: Spanish, Moroccan / Turkish, Italian, Greek.
• Create memorable guest experiences by bringing energy, passion, and personality to every interaction
• Actively participate in and animate activities, events, and cultural experiences within The Bazaar

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Extremely outgoing, confident, and guest-focused personality
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or cruise ship environment, particularly in guest engagement, entertainment, or activity animation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, public-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak local or regional languages related to the cultures represented
