Casino Supervisor - Cruise

A major cruise line is looking for Casino Supervisors to join the team onboard.
The Casino Supervisor is responsible for overseeing table game operations and casino staff on board.This role ensures smooth game flow, regulatory compliance, exceptional guest service, and the implementation of cruise company standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily casino floor operations, including Blackjack, Roulette, Caribbean Stud Poker, Dice, and related games.
• Monitor dealer performance and game accuracy; resolve disputes and enforce rules.
• Ensure top-tier guest service and handle service recovery as needed.
• Train, coach, and evaluate casino dealers; contribute to staff scheduling and performance management.
• Maintain gaming equipment, secure tables, and participate in table counts and paperwork.
• Assist with high-roller guest engagement and Club Royale enrollments.
• Prepare reports and uphold all casino policies and safety standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of casino dealer experience in games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and Dice.
• Completion of a Gaming Board/Commission-approved dealer school.

Skills:

• Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and observational skills.
• Ability to perform quick mental arithmetic (monetary units, odds, percentages).
• Leadership and supervisory abilities, including staff coaching and performance improvement.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Language & Physical Requirements:
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) preferred.
• Physically fit to perform shipboard duties, including extended standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and emergency drill participation.
