Assistant Casino Manager - Cruise

I am hiring an Assistant Casino Manager to support the Casino Manager in overseeing daily casino operations on board.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence on the casino floor to oversee games, staff, and guest interactions.
• Monitor financial operations, staffing levels, and inventory control.
• Address guest concerns professionally and ensure service excellence.
• Assist with team training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
• Promote player engagement and Club Royale enrolment.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of progressive casino supervisory experience (preferably in cruise lines, resorts, or hotels).
• Previous internal experience as a Senior Casino Supervisor with high performance ratings.
• Completion of a Gaming Board-approved dealer school.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and financial management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German) preferred.
• Physically able to meet shipboard safety and emergency requirements.
