Housekeeping Supervisor – Cruise

I am looking for Housekeeping Supervisors to join a large and modern Cruise Line. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned areas, public spaces, crew areas and pool areas day and night.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule cleaning teams across assigned areas
• Conduct daily inspections and lead pre-shift meetings
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Support performance reviews, training, and timecard audits
• Manage inventories, sanitation logs, requisitions, and cost control
• Participate in onboard meetings and training
• Oversee luggage operations on embarkation/disembarkation days

Requirements

• Experience in luxury hospitality (hotel/resort); cruise experience a plus
• Professional, confident, and guest-focused
• Fluent English (spoken and written); French, German, or Spanish a bonus
