Any excellent new opportunity has come available for Senior Account Executive to join the London office of a globally recognised insurance group. The company is a global leader for providing bespoke insurance to maritime and transport professionals, offering a dynamic environment for an ambitious individual. The position offers a high degree of autonomy and involves working closely with clients and brokers across the maritime and transport industries, managing a diverse portfolio of assureds.

This is a very unique position as the responsibilities combines claims handling, marketing and underwriting. The successful candidate will underwrite new and renewal business, manage relationships with clients and brokers, and also be the point of contact for any claims on behalf of those policy holders. You will also contribute to marketing initiatives, deliver presentations and webinars. A strong understanding of the companies customer base and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities are central to the role.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in marine and transport claims, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. They should be confident in networking and public speaking, capable of working independently or collaboratively, and willing to travel internationally. This role suits a proactive professional with a strong personal drive, attention to detail, and a passion for the marine and transport industries.
