An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and service-oriented HR Coordinator to join a dynamic Human Resources team aboard a cruise vessel. This role supports the HR Services Manager in delivering a positive, inclusive, and efficient work environment for all crew members.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with daily operations.

Manage team accommodations and maintain crew living spaces.

Handle financial transactions including float and onboard credit (OBC).

Deliver courteous, professional, and ethical service aligned with company values.

Participate in mandatory drills, training programs, and seminars.

Ensure transparent and timely communication with shipboard leadership and HR teams.

Monitor departmental costs and support cost-effective practices.

 

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Previous experience in HR administration, crew office roles, or employee relations preferred.

Familiarity with crew management, onboarding, or conflict resolution in a hospitality or marine environment is an asset.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and internet-based systems.
