Assistant Casino Host – Cruise Ship Worldwide

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Casino Host to support onboard casino marketing and VIP guest services. This entry-level position works directly with the Casino Host to enhance the player experience through rewards programs, promotions, events, and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with Club Royale Rewards enrollments, tournaments, events, and guest services.

Support casino marketing efforts through signage, announcements, and collateral.

Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, guest lists, and inventory tracking.

Interact with guests on the casino floor to deliver a high level of service.

Prepare cruise-specific materials (welcome letters, comps, reservations).

Learn and utilize casino systems (e.g., Oasis, Omniview, Fidelio, CRMS, Siebel).

Step up as Acting Casino Host when needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or front-line guest services.

High school diploma required; associate degree in business or marketing preferred.

Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills.

Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Mac OS).

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced shipboard environment, including long hours and 7-day workweeks.

Fluent in English; multilingual skills preferred.
