We are seeking a dynamic Guest Services Manager to lead  onboard guest services team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers world-class service.

Take ownership of guest satisfaction, resolving escalated issues with empathy and professionalism.

Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest journey.

Oversee daily operations including scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with safety and brand standards.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement through guest feedback and performance metrics.

Ensure smooth coordination of guest embarkation, disembarkation, and onboard experiences.

 

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years in a front-of-house management role in hospitality, cruise,hotel or similar industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with guest service systems is a plus.

Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese) are a bonus.

Willing and able to work onboard for the duration of ship assignments.
