The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, Quality Assurance in the maintenance of the company’s management system, office audits and certifications

Responsibilities

  • Treat health, safety and environmental compliance as top priority.
  • Provide administrative support for Integrated Management System document changes.
  • System administrator for company accounts with Flag administration, Classification Societies, OCIMF TMSA.
  • Coordinate office audit schedules and agendas.
  • Collation of departmental documents in preparation for office audits.
  • Input office audit findings and response into ABS NS HSE system.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental TMSA review, updates and submission for TMSA self-assessment into OCIMF database.
  • Coordinate and collate information for company management review material.
  • Any other duties assigned by line manager.

Requirements

  • A high level of competency in using MS applications and database entry.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and work ethic.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred 

  • Knowledge of maritime shipping industry.
  • Experience working in a comparable role with similar systems (e.g., DocMap, ABS NS System, OCIMF TMSA).
