Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to take ownership of high-end interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams and navigating both the technical and commercial aspects of complex, time-sensitive installations.

This position requires an individual who is proactive, structured, and capable of balancing quality, time, and cost while maintaining clear communication with both internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • Lead the full execution of assigned projects, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders.

  • Oversee commercial, operational, technical, and financial components of each project, ensuring alignment with budget and schedule goals.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Collaborate with functional managers to optimize resource planning and execution, respecting project timelines and defined responsibilities.

  • Support budget management and reporting in coordination with relevant department leads.

  • Take ownership of project scheduling, including planning, tracking progress, and managing revisions in line with internal procedures and client expectations.

  • Ensure contractual obligations are met and that delivery meets both client standards and internal quality benchmarks.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, ideally within project-based environments in the marine or interiors sectors.

  • Strong technical and financial acumen related to construction or fit-out projects.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools.

  • Solid communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).

  • Natural problem-solver with strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities.
