Marine Compliance and Audit Officer (Ports) - Permanent - Kent, UK - £51,124

ARM is recruiting for a confident and experienced Marine Compliance and Audit Officer to join a leading Port based in Kent. 

What you'll be doing:
• Managing and developing our Marine Safety Management System (MSMS)
• Leading internal PMSC audits and ensuring follow-through on findings
• Driving continuous improvement in navigational risk management
• Presenting insights and reports using tools like Excel and Power BI
• Ensuring compliance across all levels of marine operations

Who I’m looking for:
• Maritime background—either a seafarer ready for a shore-based role or a marine professional already working in a shore-based role.
• Confident communicator and presenter
• Experienced in audits and safety systems
• Tech-savvy with Excel and ideally Power BI
