Job description
Personnel Superintendent

Duties include:
Manage the Company's crewing and personnel requirements in line with MCA and Workboat code regulations
Communicating with multinational manning agencies
Ensuring legal and operational regulations are adhered to
Reviewing applications, conducting interviews and validating crew documentation
Assisting with crew paperwork and visa applications
Liaising with crew members on their movements
Liaising with ships agents reference travel plans, additional documentation, etc
Ensuring MLC 2006 procedures are followed
Producing monthly reports on crew movements
Ensuring personnel records are kept up to date

Reporting to
Working with the Team of Superintendents within the company. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Managing Director.

Salary
Negotiable depending on experience. Approximately £30,000,

Additional information
Working hours 0830-1700
On call' [via mobile/laptop] at week-ends [presently every 5th weekend ]
20 days holiday a year plus Public Holidays
