Drilling Operations Team Leader

Our client, the National Oil Company for Abu Dhabi, is looking for a Drilling Operations Team Leader to join a new and prestigious project, formed as a joint venture between two major National Oil Companies.

Reporting directly to the VP of Drilling, the job holder will be responsible for comprehensive Planning, Execution and Delivery of the Drilling Development Programme. This will involve the provision of technical expertise, material and manpower forecasting and technical equipment evaluation, using knowledge gained from comprehensive experience in similar roles at Operator level.

Qualifications and Attributes required;

BSc in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
Experience in offshore drilling operations at a senior supervisory level
Middle East experience
Large development project experience
Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, Decision Making and Proritization skills
