This is an exciting opportunity to join a global yacht management & brokerage based in Monaco

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Lead Yacht Broker, prepare and create the Central Agency (CA) proposal and Marketing Strategy (as required) when pitching for new CA yachts as allocated by the Brokerage Sales and Marketing Manager.
  • With every new CA ensure all documentation is in place in accordance with the CA check list. Launch the yacht to market and where appropriate travel to the yacht to ensure all sales material, specifications, images and inventory are in place and correct.
  • Effectively manage the marketing campaign and assist with the collation of the contractual documentation at the point of sale.
  • Working with the Lead Broker, establish and manage the relationship with the Captain and where appropriate the owner and or owners’ rep.
  • Assist the Lead Broker in the creation of consistent client sales updates and information
  • Manage first line of enquiries for each yacht and coordinate inspections
  • Ensure all yacht details are fully update date and consistent across all sales platforms, in house and 3rd party.
  • Working with the Brokerage Sales and Marketing Manager co-ordinate all advertising campaigns for your allocated CA Yachts
  • Working alongside the Marketing Department take responsibility for the participation of your allocated CA yachts at Boat Shows, Broker Open days and bespoke events

  • A proven ability to use Microsoft Office products to an advanced level
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Effect problem solving and multitasking abilities

Essential

  • Excellent level of written and spoken English (a second language would be appreciated)

  • Pro-active
  • College Graduate or 1 – 2 years of experience in a similar type of position
  • Crew or any other maritime experience
  • Must have the right to work in Monaco

  • Experience working in sales or customer service for luxury brands or in industries that require interaction with high-net-worth properties or individuals
