Responsibilities

An opportunity has arisen with a leading marine insurance company in Shanghai for a Loss Prevention Manager to join their busy team.

 

You will be responsible for assessing ship condition reports, providing technical advice, producing articles for club publications and investigating the root causes of claims. You will also be required to produce presentations for the club’s members on a variety of technical topics.

 

The successful applicant will have sailed to Master Mariner or Chief Officer rank or have sailed as a Marine Engineer. Previous experience in a relevant shore-based shipping role is advantageous.
