This is an excellent opportunity to join the Charter Department of a global Yacht Management company based in their Beverly Hills office in California

Requirements

This could suit someone with 1-2 years experience as a Trainee Charter Broker who is looking to progress in their career. You must be confident, determined, proactive and a good team player. You will build an extensive client base and be able to communicate at the highest, most professional level.

Responsibilities include:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify new client opportunities and actively pursue leads to expand the company’s client base.
• Work with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and expectations for their yacht charter experience.
• Assist in selecting the perfect yacht based on requirements such as destination, size, and amenities.
• Coordinate all aspects of the charter, including itinerary, crew, and services.
• Negotiate charter rates, contract terms, and other conditions on behalf of clients and yacht owners. Secure bookings while ensuring both parties are satisfied with the arrangements.
• ensure that all necessary documentation, including contracts, insurance, and waivers, are prepared accurately and comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Experience Required:
• Confident and outgoing manner
• Excellent written, communication and numeracy skills
• Proven natural talent for negotiating
• Previous ‘HNWI client facing’ experience essential
• First-hand experience on yachts (preferred but not essential)
• Keen interest and experience in travel
• Knowledge of the charter process and contracts
• Ability to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent knowledge of the Superyacht or luxury HNWI Market

You must have the existing right to work in the United States to be considered.
