Provide specific expertise in the operation and maintenance of cargo vessels.  Specific requirements include:

1. Duties of the Engineering dept
2. Types of power plants on today's cargo ships
3. Oils and lubricant requirements for today's cargo ships
4. How are oils and lubricants supplied to today's cargo ships

Must be fluent in English

Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
