Seaworthy Consulting are looking for a Crewing Manager to join a company that has around 12 workboat vessels, this is a permanent role working on a full-time basis. This job is a hybrid working pattern, initially working from home and then move onto working half the week at home and rest of the week at office South East coast, England area.

For this role the candidate will need to ensure the company fleet of vessel are always efficiently and compliantly manned with qualified personnel. To ensure they can fulfil these duties they will need to be able to liaise with various other departments/teams such as port agent, travel agencies, payroll, ships captains, technical departments and HR etc. This is a high space role that involves but not limited to having to deal with problem solving, quick thinking, working out of hours.

Qualifications/ Experience
· Maintain a good knowledge of STCW, MLC and relevant international manning, and flag state requirements
· Offshore Resources Management Experience
· Proven ability to work in team working style in complex international business
· Knowledge of UK employment legislation
· Ability to work on own initiative with accountability of specialist knowledge in the organisation
· Good organisational and IT skills
· Can develop positive working relationships with a wide range of individuals across the business and at all levels

Start Date - mid July 2025
Salary - negotiable
