Housekeeping Supervisor – Cruise Line

Join a leading, modern cruise line as a Housekeeping Supervisor and play a key role in maintaining high standards across public, crew, and pool areas. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure cleanliness, and uphold safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule cleaning teams across assigned areas

• Conduct daily inspections and lead pre-shift meetings

• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

• Support performance reviews, training, and timecard audits

• Manage inventories, sanitation logs, requisitions, and cost control

• Participate in onboard meetings and training

• Oversee luggage operations on embarkation/disembarkation days

Requirements:

• Experience in luxury hospitality (hotel/resort); cruise experience a plus

• Professional, confident, and guest-focused

• Fluent English (spoken and written); French, German, or Spanish a bonus
