Senior CAD Draghtsman

The purpose of the role is to make the drawings of the project activities and fleet activities in close cooperation with the engineering department.

Responsibilities

*Timely preparation of drawings and models for the company's offshore fleet, activities and projects, by the use of AutoCad and Inventor.
*Compliance of drawings to company standards and project requirements.
*Drawing administration, registers, filing and archiving.
*Ensuring that all relevant disciplines are involved in review cycle of drawings.
*Solve and/or support the technical challenges in Structural Design.
*Provide support to other draughtsmen in the team.
*Identification and reporting of technical areas of concern to Project Engineer and Lead Draughtsman.
*Adherence to Company Management System (CMS) applicable to his field of responsibility.
*Proposing optimisation and improvements in his area of responsibility.

Requirements

*Minimum of 4 years of relevant drawing office experience, of which at least 2 years in the offshore industry.
*Use of AutoCad and Inventor.
*Good knowledge of English language.
*Polytechnical College.
*AutoCad 2000 training.Inventor training.
