Delivery Captain (Contract)

The Company

Our client is a successful yacht management company looking for a delivery captain for a large new build sailing yacht from the UK to the Mediterranean.

The Role

The position will see you participating in the following:
- Running the yacht alongside the new owner ensuring a safe and speedy passage.
- Ensuring all safety, operational and commercial procedures are followed.
- Passing on knowledge to the owners on board and coaching them throughout the journey.

The Person

The ideal candidate for this position will be a well-rounded sailor with the following qualifications:
- Yacht Master Instructor Sail or equivalent experience.
- Current ENG 1.
- Recent experience as a captain on a large sailing yacht.

The Reward

You will be rewarded with a daily rate of £230 for the duration of the trip expected to last 5-6 days. All travel and expenses will be covered by the yacht.
