Marine HR Executive (Contract)

The incumbent would be responsible for manning the vessels under vessel class and hold safety and environmental protection as priority.

He/ she would be liaising with appointed manning offices in Asia Pacific and ensure full compliance with the industry standard and the internal procedures. Counselling of Sea Staffs on their complaints and handling disputes and grievances in a proper manner.

He/ She would be an active member in Fleet Emergency response team.
