Project Manager - On Site Generation

Responsibilities

* Evaluation of existing infrastructure and concept design for energy efficiency enhancement
* System design, capacity estimation and set-up of combined heating and cooling plant (CHCP) and Organic
Rankine Circle (ORC) plants
* Project management for the implementation of customer sized plants in time and buget
* Organize and supervise construction and commissioning, assure supreme reliability and quality
* Implementing supported by HSSE ECT's non-zero accident policy
* Assuring the quality standards (Quality Management)
* Coordination of internal and external service suppliers as well as communication with all parties and persons involved in the project
* Strict consideration of vital project requirements in all project phases
* Reporting to Head of Project Management OSG
* Evaluation concerning new technologies within the CH(C)P / ORC market and implementation of advanced new technologies into ECT's business

Qualifications

* Relevant University education in Mechanical Engineering
* Solid Experience in mid-size project management in relevant field as well as deep knowledge in CHCP set up
* Proven track record of successful projects
* Deep knowledge of technologies e.g. gas engine/turbine, biofuel engine, steam turbine, cooling, ORC
* Strong assertiveness in representing the company's interests in an external environment exposed to strong pressure, routine and command in handling conflict situations
* Strong negotiating and conflict solving skills combined with skill to balance interests
* Financial orientation and cost awareness
* Excellent communication skills and convincing personality
* Ambitious, target oriented and positive with customers and colleagues at the top of mind
* Business fluent in German and English - Intercultural skills
