Marine Operative

Seaworthy Consulting are looking for a Marine Operative, this is a full-time permanent position. Canidate would be required to act as crew for various port craft, act as Coxswain/Master of the support boat assisting where necessary with other duties in harbour when required.

Rank - Marine Operative
Shift - 3 weeks of 3x12 hour days (36 hrs week) and then 1 week of 4x12 hour days (48hrs week) to get monthly average of 39 hrs weekly. When we run 24 hours we have back to back crews on day/night shifts – and we make sure that people are not two weeks in a row nights.
Location - Bristol
Salary - £33,842 lots of overtime potential (voluntary paid at 1.25 of hourly rate)
Start Date - ASAP

RYA commercially endorsed or above
Need to be local as would be required to travel home each evening
Additional Benefits - 22 days bookable days leave per annum, company pension, subsidised lunch/canteen vouchers £40 per month
