Position Overview:

As a Water Taxi captain, you’ll be at the helm of ensuring the safety of passengers, crew, and vessels while providing an entertaining and enjoyable experience on the water. You'll be a leader within our company and the wider maritime community. Currently this role involves nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate the vessel, handling navigation and systems management.

- Prioritize the safety of passengers, crew, and the vessel itself.

- Lead the crew to maintain operational efficiency.

- Follow all United States Coast Guard (USCG) regulations and Water Taxi policies.

- Deliver top-notch customer service to enhance the passenger experience.

- Cultivate a collaborative and team-oriented workplace environment.

- Take on other duties as needed.

Skills:

- Hold a 100-ton or greater captain’s license.

- Possess a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.

- Have a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) license.

- Ability to serve alcohol in compliance with Florida law.

- Approachable demeanor with a proactive "can-do" attitude.
