Office Manager (Yacht Management) – Permanent – Miami – $60k – $70k plus benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable Yacht Management company as Office/Administration Manager. Looking for an upbeat, self-starter to join a small, dynamic team in Miami Beach, FL.

The Office/Administration Manager will provide a range of admin & support duties for the office.

Responsibilities include:

• Charter Marketing
  • Help create Charter proposals
  • Monthly marketing reports for owners
  • Ensure all marketing materials are kept up to date (Crew profiles, toy lists etc)
  • Input contracts into CRM
• Charter Retail
  • Itineraries
  • Draft contracts & Addendums
  • Compile KYC documentation
• Sales
  • Ensure CAs are listed properly across all platforms
  • Make sure brochures are up to date
  • Assist with closings
• Office Management
  • Ensure all marketing materials are well stocked
  • Mail packages to clients
  • Answer the phone & Book travel
• Events
  • Corporate Partnerships, Distribution methods for EI and EEG around South Florida, Event management, Yacht Shows & Database Management

Experience Required:

• Strong computer skills required, proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent organization and admin skills
• A degree in marketing or similar
• Fluency in English is a must – additional languages are a plus
• Yachting experience is not required but would give a distinct advantage
• Attention to detail, conscientiousness and capable of recording information accurately
