Seaworthy Consulting are looking for a experienced Heavy Plant Technician (Barge) to join Marine Engineering Team. Successful candidate will be working onboard the vessel taking part of the rock discharge project, there are 3 excavators onboard. Must have strong welding and fabricating experience with the ability to repair hard-face excavator buckets and mechanical grapples.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Heavy Plant Technician
Marine Industry Experience
Welding and Fabrication. Mig, Tig, Stick
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Work on a floating rock discharge barge in rotation

Location – UK
Salary - £46,000-£51,000 DOE (or subcontractor £190-£215)
Start Date - ASAP
