Claims Team Leader (Marine insurance) – Cyprus – Permanent – confidential, competitive package.

A rare, leadership opportunity has arisen with a reputable insurance company to head up one of their marine claims team in Cyprus. The main focus of this role will be to implement and develop exemplary technical standard of claims handling, to provide first class service to their policy holders.

Applicants should have extensive, first-hand marine claims handling experience within an insurance or law firm setting. In this role, you will have a moderate number of claims handlers reporting in to you. You will still be expected to handle some high profile claims matters directly and you will be responsible the training and career development of the rest of the team.

An attractive package is available for the successful applicant and hybrid, flexible working is supported. This role is also well positioned for long term career progression within the company. The role requires you to be based in Cyprus, but the company can support relocation. You must speak fluent Greek and English.
