Navis Consulting are looking for a Yacht Sales & Purchase Consultant responsible for delivering prompt and exceptional service, treating all clients, suppliers, crew, and staff with respect and courtesy, while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality for all received information.
Key responsibilities:

• Develop and expand a personal network of contacts to foster business growth.
• Identify prospects, conduct lead generation, and activate opportunities.
• Be available to clients 24/7 whenever reasonably possible.
• Conduct yacht comparisons and evaluations, providing well-informed selections to clients.
• Support clients through negotiation processes, following up on business opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and prospects using e-marketing tools.
• Effectively participate in client meetings and actively promote Sales Consultant’s yachts for yacht shows.
• Cross-sell all services
• Develop and maintain expertise in tax and flag matters, technical aspects of yachts, and superyachts available for sale.
• Understand and apply all clauses within the MYBA and relevant sales documents.
• Attend consultant seminars and company-wide training.
• Enter client information into the CRM in a timely manner.
• Create Sales or retail opportunities.
• Keep yacht records up to date in the CRM System.
• Prepare and submit necessary reports and proposals.
• Participate in monthly sales calls and share industry news.
• Establish and nurture relationships with internal departments and external consultants.
• Keep management informed of planned absences and promptly address any disputes arising from business activities.

Events

• Attend boat shows, MYBA, and other industry events as instructed by the company.
• Adhere to the Company’s Travel and Expenses Policy for any travel-related activities.

Experience required:

• Professional experience dealing with high end clients
• Passion/interest or marine knowledge (superyachts)
• Highly organized
• Happy to travel
• IT (Microsoft) experience
