Drilling Site Leader

We are currently seeking a Drilling Site Leader to be based in the Abu Dhabi area working on the SARB project. This position will oversee the execution of all activities related to drilling and work over carried out by major operators.

The right person will have; solid experience in drilling operation (offshore & land drilling) and extensive knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry.

Principal Accountabilities:
Execution of all operational programmers and act as company-man on assigned rig.
Conduct detailed observation and inspection of contractors' activities on site.
Supervise and control the activities of Company's Services personnel.
Implement the Company's Health, Safety and Environmental Protection policies.

The job holder will be a subject matter expert, able to call upon a demonstrable track record, with vast knowledge and excellent experience within drilling. Experience will be within a lead, principal or managerial capacity within the industry.
