In-house Claims Manager (Shipping company) – London – £40k – £50k

A reputable shipping company requires a Claims Manager to join their legal team based in London. The company have a truly International presence with offices located in various worldwide locations.

You will be the main point of contact at the company to advise on a wide range of marine related claims and there will be a significant focus on personal injury related claims to crew and also other admiralty matters. You will need to liaises with opposing lawyers, medical and crew departments, P&I clubs & correspondents and Agents.

The successful applicant will have previous experience handling personal injury related claims, and this doesn’t have to be related to the maritime industry. Alternatively, someone that has studied maritime law/ marine insurance and has some experience in this area will also be a good fit. An excellent package is available to the successful applicant.
