Composites Technician – Permanent – South Oxfordshire

Our client, a prestigious and well-respected Marine Company in South Oxfordshire, is seeking Composites Technicians to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in composites, construction, carpentry/joinery, mechanical, marine industry, general maintenance, or similar roles.

Key Requirements:

• Physical fitness and accustomed to manual work.
• General appreciation and understanding of conventional workshop power and hand tools (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communication skills with a “can-do” attitude, demonstrating the ability to work to high standards and take pride in their work.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team, meeting deadlines in a time-conscious manner.
• Strong timekeeping and attendance record.
• Understanding the importance of Health and Safety protocols, with the ability to follow instructions.

Working Conditions:

• Competitive salary with regular overtime opportunities (time and a third Mon – Fri, time and a half on Saturdays, double time on Sundays).
• Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
