Our client a renowned luxury yacht manufacturer is seeking a Welding Fabrication Supervisor to lead their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise welding operations to ensure precision and adherence to quality standards.
* Lead and inspire a team of welders, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Implement safety measures and best practices in welding techniques.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes.
* Contribute to the creation of high-quality luxury yachts.

Requirements:

* Proven welding experience, including TIG, MIG, and Arc welding.
* Passion for yachting with a solid understanding of luxury yacht construction.
* Leadership skills to guide and motivate a team effectively.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality work.
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
