Claims Manager (Freight, Defence & Demurrage) – Greece – Competitve salary

An opportunity has arisen with a leading P&I club in Greece for a lawyer to join their Claims team to deal with dry shipping disputes and defence claims on behalf of their members, which include both owners and charterers.

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer in the UK or Greece with experience in FD&D matters such as charterparty/ BOL disputes, laytime and demurrage claims, sanctions. The club will consider a range of backgrounds, from working for a P&I club, a law firm or in-house within a shipping company.
