Our client is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bid Writer to join our dynamic team. As a Bid Writer, you will be responsible for developing high-quality bid material that clearly articulates our solutions and proposals. You will work closely with technical experts, manage the enquiries database, and ensure the timely completion and submission of bids. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting the company's bid strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining our presence on supply chain registers.

Responsibilities:

* Develop high-quality bid material in collaboration with technical experts.
* Compile comprehensive bid submissions within established time lines.
* Manage enquiries database and facilitate internal communication.
* Create and update standard company information materials.
* Ensure compliance with and promotion of the company's bid strategy.
* Coordinate post-tender discussions and meetings.
* Maintain organised tender documentation and complete administrative tasks.
* Identify new business opportunities through procurement portals.
* Oversee tender material management and version control.
* Maintain company presence on supply chain registers.
* Conduct annual updates of supplier platforms and accreditations.

* Note; You must be someone who is willing to travel frequently.
