Our client, a leading provider of logistics and transportation services in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the team as the Vice President of Fleet Management. As a key player in the maritime industry, they operate an extensive fleet, encompassing various vessel types such as oil tankers, chemical carriers, and general cargo ships. Key Duties:

Requirements:
- Proven operational management experience in the maritime industry, with a focus on fleet management.
- In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading successful teams.
- Strategic mindset and ability to contribute to the development and execution of organizational strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees and industry certifications are a plus.
