Position: HSSEQ Manager

Join my leading client in maritime transportation and shipping, as a HSSEQ Manager. In this pivotal role, you will bring a wealth of experience as a Master Mariner, coupled with extensive LNG expertise from both seagoing and shore-based operational perspectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and enhance Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality (HSSEQ) standards across operations.
• Utilise your seafaring background to ensure maritime safety and compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement robust safety and quality management systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to uphold the companies commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Master Mariner with a background in LNG or LPG operations.
• In-depth knowledge of maritime safety protocols, international regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a team dedicated to HSSEQ excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Qatar.
