Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Senior Manager Strategic Marketing and Events to implement a global events program, focusing on developing and executing events and sponsorship strategies for the Americas.
• Manage and execute a global program of webinars aligning with corporate objectives and business sector plans.
• Oversee the global media advertising budget and assist in the development and execution of corporate advertising campaigns in coordination with the Director, External Communications.
• Support the planning, development, and execution of an effective Americas events strategy aligned with business sector campaigns and corporate branding and messaging strategy.
• Develop and execute webinars in coordination with the strategic marketing team.
• Assist in the development and management of the annual media advertising budget, liaising with industry trade media to secure opportunities and maximize ad value.
• Participate in the development and execution of advertising programs supporting corporate campaign initiatives in collaboration with Strategic Marketing Managers.
• Manage ad selection, production through the graphics team, and ensure timely delivery of advertising content for placement with media outlets, providing regular reporting on effectiveness and results.
• Negotiate agreements with vendors and sponsor contacts to ensure best value and highest quality of service and return on investment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to total quality and continuous improvement, actively responding to the needs of clients and being open and responsive to change.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• 2-4 years of marketing-related experience.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and team skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in strategic planning and execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to write, edit, and produce promotional and advertising material.
• Self-starter with a high level of individual responsibility.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing events of all sizes.
• Professional creativity and flexibility.
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Some travel required (up to 25% at times).
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Familiarity with Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System.
