3rd Engineer – Cruise

The 3rd Engineer is responsible for:

• Daily operation of onboard technical systems;
• Watchkeeping;
• Planned and emergency maintenance as required by Chief Engineer.

Candidates must hold:

• STCW code A-III/1 Engineering Officer of the Watch license;
• STCW basic Training, Advanced Firefighting and PSCRB;
• High Voltage Operator.

In addition, we would expect the candidate to:

• Have experience in rank, preferably on cruise vessels;
• Read, write and speak English clearly and distinctly;
• Be able to work independently and as an effective member of a small team.
