Junior Contracts Operations Manager (Marine Services) - Middle East/Africa

A leading marine services company is currently recruiting for a Junior Contracts Operations Manager to help oversee operations across the Middle East/ Africa on a 6:6 rotational basis.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

* Managing our client's assets and crew to ensure the client's vessels are working to their maximum potential.
* Making sure that daily tasks are carried out effectively.
* Maximising revenue potential, identifying opportunities to enhance current contracts and building strong relationships with clients.
* Attend training courses that enable you to develop, inspire and motivate crew assigned to the contract, whilst working alongside the Contract Operations Manager.

The successful candidate will;

* Have seagoing experience preferably on tugs or offshore vessels (engineer/officer)
* Ideally have experience in an operational/ Superintendent position or have the acquired skills to progress into an operational position.
* Be willing to learn, develop and work as part of a team to fulfil the contract requirements.
