Project Manager (Decarbonization) – Permanent – Europe (Remote) – €70k – €75k

This is an excellent opportunity to join global leader in ship management and marine services.

The role of the Decarbonization project manager is to develop and implement ERDE value proposition and achieve growth within an ever increasing ESG market. The role includes defining strategic goals, building key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiates and close client deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions

Responsibilities include:

• New Business development – Identify, develop, recruit and maintain clients
• Research and develop new collaboration with key partners on ESG
• Identify and proactively approach customer needs and challenges.
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
• Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives

Experience Required:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering (Essential)
• Experience with ESG, decarbonisation and fuel efficiency
• Knowledge on the energy efficiency solution market
• Excellent communication & influencing skills
• Business development experience
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to build and develop client relationships

The ideal locations would be Monaco, Greece, Cyprus or UK but we are happy to consider most countries in the EU as the role can be fully remote with travel.
