Instructor OPITO

Marine Trainer is urgently seeking a OPITO Survival Instructor to work at their training centre in Glasgow on a permanent basis. We can only accept application from UK Nationals or those with Settlement/Right to Work Status. This role would suit an experienced AB or above who has worked in the ERRV industry or offshore and is looking to work at home. Candidate must hold: PST, PSC&RB, BOSIET/FOET. certification and willing to attend courses when appointed. A knowledge of instructional techniques, training methods and training practice to the level of IMO Training for Instructors, an understanding of assessment methods and practice and practical instructional assessment experience is desirable, but not essential. No relocation package is on offer so candidate must reside within an easy commute to Paisley/Glasgow. Start:ASAP Status:Permanent Salary:Negotiable, depending on experience.
