Crewing Manager

Seaworthy Consulting are looking for a Crewing Manager to work closely with the Marine Superintendent and Fleet Engineering Supervisor to ensure smooth running of the workboat fleet of vessels.

Qualifications/Attributes

• Proactive/ Organised and great Multitasker along side resolve problems in an effective way
• Minimum 3 years experience in coordination and management of marine crew
• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional level
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Some Duties and Responsibilities

• Work alongside, assisting and delegating to the Crewing Assistants
• Providing report and forecasting marine recruitment for the coming year
• Administration of contract and SEAs
• Produce and maintain crew rota, along side monitoring crew certification and training all are in line
• Managing budgeting and working on ways to reduce them
• Manage, implement and ensure all HSEQ procedures/policies are followed
• Take part in internal and external audits

Salary - £30-£35K per annum plus salary sacrifices, company pension and performance related bonus

Annual Leave - 25 days plus bank holidays

Location - Glasgow, working in office
