2nd Engineer

The Captain Paul Watson Foundation is seeking an experienced 2nd Engineer to join our ship, the 72m John Paul DeJoria in Hull, UK with an immediate start.

We are a non-profit conservation organisation intervening with illegal operations exploiting life in the sea, with many of our crew being volunteers and all our funding relying on charitable donations.

The position is for a two-month maintenance period (potentially three) in dock. Given this is a highly skilled position please note it is a paid role. All board and plant-based meals are provided. 

Experience with Ruston 12RKCM or older British diesel engines is preferable.
