Marina Yard Supervisor - (Kent) - Competitive Salary

A leading Marina based in the Medway area of Kent is recruiting for a Yard Supervisor to lead a team of Marina Operatives helping them maintain a visible presence on site, reporting any concerns or information.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

• Managing/Mentoring a team of Marina Operatives, to ensure their overall performance meets the companies standards.
• General customer service/ meet and greet customers upon their arrival.
• Ensuring compliance within the marina and general health and safety.

The successful candidate will;

• Have experience in a customer service position.
• Be willing to learn and hold a can-do attitude.
• Have Maritime/Boating experience.
• In-direct or direct management experience is crucial.
