Rig Maintenance Supervisors

We are looking for 2 russian speaking Maintenance Supervisors to work back to back on a jack-up drilling rig in the Caspian Sea. The role will be overseeing the Chief Electrician & Mechanics along with the junior maintenance crew. Candidates must speak fluent Russian and be eligible to work in the region without a visa.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all repairs and projects are finished in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the coordinated planning of all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate onboard maintenance teams consisting of Electricians, Mechanics and maintenance crew.
• Manage the planning, coordination and execution of APM, PM & CM WO’s utilising all resources available including Maximo and SAP systems.
• Liaise closely with Rig Super, Rig Manager and relevant platform departments.
• Carryout monthly platform visits to ensure continuity of maintenance strategy and carryout necessary appraisals.
• The maintenance changes and strategy that I have implemented on one installation have now been rolled out across another four assets.
• Ensure maintenance is completed and records comply with local regulations.

Requirements / Skills

• Must have valid certificates & be eligible to work in the region without a visa.
• Must speak fluent Russian
• Applicants must have senior experience on drilling rigs.
• Offshore Survival / HUET is required.
• Experience in using maintenance system
• Knowledge of systems such as SIS or Maximo would be an advantage
• Leadership & teamwork skills/behaviors which support team-based organization
• Superior communication and reporting skills
• Superior systems troubleshooting skills and techniques
• Completion of all training requirements for Rig Maintenance Supervisor
