Head Of HR

Our client is seeking an experienced Head of HR to join their team based in the Middle East

Collaborate closely with joint ventures and cultivate strong relationships with them, prioritising the company's mission and objectives. Ensure that HR services are in sync with business goals in joint venture companies.

Responsibilities include advising joint venture leadership on strategy execution, talent management, and performance and people processes. Help identify necessary talent and improve work relationships for increased productivity and retention. Evaluate HR effectiveness and recommend optimal service delivery model. Provide guidance on HR policy, support joint venture in corporate change initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety policies. Maintain effective communication to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any other field. A Certification from an accredited institution is a plus.

Experience:

• Related experience in a similar position, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience in shipyard, ship repair, and drydocks.
